1 Start with a questionnaire
This is the key to ensure you get the best start possible. It gives us a clear picture of your overall health, body measurements, lifestyle, and climbing ability. It gives your coach an insight into where you are before the initial coaching session.
2 Coaching Session
Your coaching session is tailored to provide you with the maximum improvement to reach your short, intermediate, and long term goals. You will be assessed during the session and shown new exercises to be used in the following months training plan.
3 Personal Online Training Plan
You will be invited to sign up for your personalised online training app. The app contains your personalised training plan dedicated to your improvement and a live chat facility.
4 Sustained Results
Every four to five weeks you will attend a further coaching session, which will ensure your continued improvement. At the session your gains will be assessed and you receive a new personalised training plan.
