Sam at Her Second One to One Coaching Session
Great coaching makes great climbers. See how well Samantha did at only her second one to one coaching session, sending her first V3 boulder problem!
Working together during Sam’s first one to one coaching session we looked at the basics, tiny toes, straight arms, body rotation and dropping the knees, following which she went away and practiced for a month. It was evident at Sam’s second coaching session that she had improved greatly, so we moved on with weight transfer, no hands climbing and rock-overs. Sam soon grasped this technique and movement, so we started to gradually increase the grades of the problems until she sent the V3 in the video. However Sam didn’t stop there and further managed to send a V4 problem!
