Challenge – Push Ups And Planks!
The push ups and planks challenge will sound simple but will soon take its toll. The challenge consists of:
5 push ups
30 seconds plank
and repeat, and repeat, and…..
Once you start the push ups that’s it, the challenge has started. You must complete as many rounds of the two exercises in good form, without ever dropping your knees. So for the whole time, you will be either performing normal push ups or the plank. This challenge will give you a great workout so remember to warm up first, especially your shoulders and give it your all.
Once you have completed as many rounds as you can why not post your results? Then see how you compare with others, then try again to beat your own score or the others!
